Each year the RELX Environmental Challenge is awarded to projects that provide sustainable access to safe water or sanitation. Over the years, Makmende produced several films for the RELX annual event. On August 24th 2020 the RELX Environmental Challenge celebrated 10 years of challenge winners
Due to Covid-19 Makmende was asked not only to produce the impact stories around the 10th Anniversary but also to create visual content remotely with finalists and the award-winning project.
This RELX event is one of the many events that was forced to go online due to Covid – 19. Our team created and curated many of our clients’ events who were often moved online at short notice due to sudden restrictions and lockdowns.
